I have 2a/2b high porosity fine hair that is colored. I LOVE ALL the CurlSmith products I have purchased. I have the Curl Quenching cowash, air dry weightless leave in conditioner and the flexi jelly. These work spectacularly in low dew points for me. Now that the dew point are above 60, I use the multi tasking conditioner and the shapeup aqua gel which seals the cuticle and keeps out moisture which causes frizz and lack of hold. I'm so impressed with this company! The products have great quality ingredients and the breadth of the line is very wide ... There's something for everyone. Customer service is top notch and replies within 24 hours if I have questions. Highly recommend CurlSmith! The greatest thing is that the changing weather in Texas means I always have products that are good for my hair. A million thanks for these products! I'm a lifetime customer ????

I placed an order for Curlsmith at the end of March 2021. I have not received it as of May 27th and I have been emailing the company and even posting on their Instagram posts with NO RESPONSE.
Curlsmith appears to scam people out of their money. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from this sham of a company. I live in Canada and with exchange rate I am out extra money due to exchange rate and this company cannot reply to any of my communications? They post of SM, but ignore my comments asking for my order or an update?
I would say buy something else, because it looks like they steal your money and you end up with absolutely no product. SCAM

Even the trial sizes cost 20% more than other brands like Ouidad and DevaCurl. Not trying to be funny, best bet is to ask a friend who uses this line for samples and buy them dinner or something in exchange. Really though you need to try these before buying the full size. I’m stuck with full size products that are wrong for my hair needs.

The worst Curl products I have tried hands down and I've tried 40 or more over the years. Don't waste your time or money on low quality product that ruined my beautiful curls.
I have never ever experienced this with any product I've used until using the awful curlsmith line. I even tried contacting their customer service but they were the opposite of empathetic and actually admitted that this would happen from their products!!!
Save yourself your beautiful curls and learn from another's mistakes.

To all the gents out there...this product is the truth! I have been using the detox kit as well as the density elixir for the past couple of months and I am already noticing a difference.
The detox kit will make your scalp feel immaculate, can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on these treatments for all these years.
After using the elixir every night, I am starting to see small baby’s hairs grow in areas which I experienced heavy hair loss!

I was so excited at the beginning; I couldn't wait to receive the products.
Their marketing is well made; they convinced me buying lol. But overall, their products are too expensive and not at all great. They are mediocre. My hair is better without using their product.

if you don't live in the USA, never buy curlsmith. I live in Canada, bought it a month ago and still haven't received my tracking number. the customer service is terrible and they do not give you feedback. just a waste of time and money.

I will never ever ever buy direct from Curlsmith again. 6 days since order placed. The order status has never changed from order placed. As for using the pandemic as an excuse it's been over 12 months and most companies are working to full capacity and if anything my deliveries have got faster.
Awful way to run a company and treat customers. Steer clear. Buy from Amazon. Next day delivery!

I ordered products 12th March and I am still waiting (06/04/2021) for them to be delivered. One product was pre-order for 26th March but I was not made aware other products would not be dispatched until then. I asked for a tracking link and the one provided does not work. I raised my issue directly with Curlsmith and the response received was poor. Haven’t received my products yet but doubtful I’ll even order again due to the poor customer service.

Amazing products and customer service. Try to take advantage of their sales whenever possible.
I’ve used their hair products and supplements too for the past 6 months.
